NEKRESI PET NAT KISI

This fizzy wine brings out a playful side of the Kisi grape. Intoxicating scents of pear, elderflower and citrus waft from the nose of this buttery yellow wine. “Pet Nat” is short for Pétillant Naturel, or natural bubbles. Using the Georgian “Machari” method, fermentation is completed in the bottle, meaning every bottle has a unique character. An abundance of peach, ginger, caramel and banana marry on the palate, all with a delightfully frothy mouthfeel. It is perfect for a pre-dinner drink, and best served chilled.
