In Imereti, the grape varieties tend to be characterized by late ripening, which leads to grapes having higher levels of acidity, being typical for the wine of Imeretian type. Because of best-suited and good climatic conditions, Solomone winery acquired excellent grapes Cepage of Tsitska and Tsolikouri, where the levels of sugar and acidity are essentially balanced and the temperature differences give it complex and additional terroir flavors, which itself tastes well in wine.
