Sarajishvili VSOP (Very Superior Old Pale) represents the heart of Georgia’s brandy tradition — a refined, mature spirit that bridges youthful brightness with the elegance of long oak ageing. Crafted through double distillation and slow maturation in Caucasian oak, it captures the timeless style envisioned by David Sarajishvili more than a century ago. The bouquet is deep and inviting, with aromas of dried plum, vanilla, roasted almond, and sweet spice. On the palate, it unfolds with silky texture and rich flavors of honey, toffee, and candied orange peel, followed by notes of oak, tobacco, and cocoa. The finish is long, warm, and beautifully layered, reflecting both Georgian terroir and French finesse. The oldest spirit in the VSOP blend can be up to 12 years old — a testament to Sarajishvili’s tradition of patient blending, which once earned the brand the nickname “The Cognac of the Caucasus.”
