For over a century, the House of Sarajishvili has been producing outstanding Georgian brandies, and Eniseli stands as one of its most legendary creations. This noble, dark golden spirit is crafted from the renowned Rkatsiteli grape and aged for 35 years in carefully selected oak barrels, developing a refined and harmonious character. The bouquet is rich and elegant, revealing oak, dark chocolate, vanilla, floral notes, and ripe fruit, beautifully integrated with the complex essence of decades-long maturation. On the palate, Eniseli is silky, balanced, and multi-layered, offering an unforgettable tasting experience that embodies the unique terroir of Eniseli village. Created in 1943, Eniseli gained international recognition at the Yalta Conference in 1945, impressing even Winston Churchill, a renowned connoisseur of cognac and brandy. Its creator, Vakhtang Tsitsishvili, was awarded the state award in 1947, a unique honor in the field of spirits, cementing Eniseli’s place in brandy history.
