Sarajishvili 2026 is a rare, special-release expression that celebrates the heritage and innovation of Georgia’s oldest brandy house. Crafted from select Georgian wine distillates matured in oak barrels and blended for exceptional depth and character, it captures the future of tradition in one bottle. On the nose, it opens with rich aromas of caramelised figs, toasted almonds, warm vanilla and soft oak spice, gradually revealing delicate hints of dried apricot, honeyed malt and faint tobacco leaf. The palate is elegant yet powerful, unveiling layers of dark chocolate, roasted hazelnuts, ripe orchard fruits and subtle cinnamon-nutmeg spice, underpinned by a refined wood structure. The finish is long and gracious, with lingering echoes of oak resin, gentle smoke and sweet-spice warmth.
